By using the services of Gary’s Computer Repair Service, you agree to the following terms.

Scope of services

We provide computer repair, technical support, maintenance, and related services, including remote support where applicable.

Customer responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Maintaining backups of important data

  • Providing accurate information about devices and issues

While we take reasonable care, we strongly recommend customers maintain their own backups before any work is carried out.

Data and backups

Gary’s Computer Repair Service is not responsible for data loss unless caused by proven negligence.
Backup services, where provided, reduce risk but do not guarantee data recovery in all situations.

Remote support

Remote access is provided only with customer consent and is limited to the duration and purpose of the support session.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss

  • Liability is limited to the cost of the service provided

This includes (but is not limited to) loss of data, loss of business, or downtime.

Ongoing support plans

Monthly support plans are billed in advance and may be cancelled at any time unless otherwise stated.
Services are provided on a fair-use basis.

Payment

Payment is due as agreed at the time of service.
Unpaid balances may result in suspension of services.

Changes

We reserve the right to update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
